How to get ready?

Requirements

  • No minimum age but the necessary moving skills of a 10-year-old child
  • Being able to swim for 25 ms and to be underwater
  • No medical counter-indications to water sports
  • Underaged people have to be with a legal guardian

Useful tips for sea kayak

  • Choose an outfit adapted to water-sports (bathing suit or shorts, tee-shirt or top)
  • Wear shoes (trainers or sea slippers, not flip-flops or sandals)
  • Take a cap or hat, sunglasses with a string and some sun screen
  • Bring snacks (energy bars) for half-day rides and a picnic for full-day rides
  • Bring at least a 1-liter bottle of water
  • Don’t forget a change of clothes to be dry after your ride

To meet our guests’ needs we lend waterproof bags for food and small items, as well as neoprene tops and shorties free of charge.

Weather and safety

To guarantee your safety in case of bad weather conditions, your guide will decide whether to maintain (with a change in the itinerary to ride in a safe area) or cancel your trip, if your safety cannot be guaranteed.
